very disappointed! I request not to put some meat (for just 2 slices) on our Hawaian pizza order and we will pay as it is, the cashier declined so as the manager, She said that the product will get ruined! 🤧 Oh, the presentation is more important than the customer’s experience and satisfaction. I only experience this in this branch.

S&R New York Style Pizza has now Pizza restaurant located in malls and this one is at Venice McKinley Hill Mall where they serve their New York Style Pizzas, chicken, salad, burgers and hotdogs. Here you can have Cheese Whole Pizza, Pepperoni Whole Pizza, Shrimp Whole Pizza, Combo Whole Pizza, Cream. CHEESE pepperoni Whole Pizza, Cheesy Burger Deluxe Whole Pizza, All meat Whole Pizza and Hawaiian Whole Pizza.

FOOD 15mins wait for an all beef hotdog. To be served cold on a stale bread without any condiments. Just bread and hotdog. Asked the cashier for the usual condiments. Told me that its "upon request only" so the new normal is just plain bread with a hotdog? SERVICE we ate there at 11am so i think they just opened an hour or more. Yet the cashiers looked really tired and irritated. Was wondering why until i saw the store manager in red to void something in my order. She just came out the back office looking pissed with a broken swipe card and adjust something in their pos then went back to her office. She's like patient zero of the irritable virus and the cashiers all got sick from her. ATMOSPHERE the place looked delapidated. Seen 4 ac units yet not one is operating. They opened the glass door to make the slightly cold foodcourt air go inside. Its not super hot but you will leave because you know theres no air circulation inside. Lights are dim. Some are blinking and broken. Just a complete SAD ambiance to be. Go to the Big Snr's to enjoy the experience. I think the small ones in the malls dont have the proper management staff to keep everything running smooth.

We frequently pass by here so we decided to give it a try. We ordered their pizza meal but ended up purchasing their whole pizza too 😂 Fell in love at first bite talaga!

The food is fine, but the service is horrible. The queueing system is inefficient, one line may not move for 15 minutes while others move slightly faster and people that came after you get their orders in first. That is partly because is how they have the cashiers not only taking orders but prepping food and other things away from the register that causes slow order taking times. Onev thing that would help would be for a single line to friend for all the registers.

If you want your dose of pizza, this is a good place to be. You'll get the right value of your money - big and tasty slice! 😊 The place is cool, clean and spacious with great lighting. The place can get too cold though, so make sure you come with your jackets ready. The restaurant also has its own wash sink and bathroom, so no need to go out for your bladder break! 😊👍 We ordered their Garlic Shirmp Pizza and Chili hotdog sandwich combos. Both come with refreshing drinks that can be upsized if preferred. Food was amazing - filling and tasty for the price! Definitely worth it! 😊👍
